Overview
TIM, one of the biggest phone companies in Brazil, went through a redesign.
My Role
Based on design system made by Accenture, the BETC Havas team was responsable for the development and storytelling of approximately 800 landing pages. Hereunder, two of my creations.
Process
This design process is divided into three main phases: Research, Development, and Delivery.
Research: The process begins with Benchmarking, where competitive analysis and market standards are explored to gather insights. Next comes Wireframing, where initial ideas are sketched to visualize the structure and layout of the design.
Development: The design enters the Design System phase, creating consistency across the project. UX Design focuses on the user journey, ensuring functionality, while UI Design translates these findings into visual elements, making the experience intuitive and aesthetically pleasing.
Delivery: Finally, the design is handed over for Development, where it is built and implemented. A Presentation follows, showcasing the final design and its strategic thinking.
