Overview
The main purpose of this landing page was to capture cheaper leads to the company's core.
My Role
I've participated on the project's ideation steps, making a CSD (Certainties, Suppositions and Doubts) matrix. After that, a priorization matrix for the best ideas was created. Lastly, I prototyped the landing page on the desktop and mobile version.
Design Process
Initially, we defined task execution ease based on the ICE matrix. The ICE Matrix, also known as the Impact, Confidence, and Ease Matrix, is a decision-making tool used to prioritize tasks, projects, or ideas. It involves assessing each item in terms of its potential impact, your confidence in executing it, and the ease with which it can be implemented. By plotting items on this matrix, you can identify high-impact, low-effort tasks that should be prioritized, as well as those that may require more consideration or resources.
After defining the scores for each task (ranging from 1 to 5 points), we move on to the storytelling phase, low-fidelity prototype, high-fidelity prototype, text review, and finally, submission for development. It is important to emphasize that depending on the score on the ICE matrix, some steps may be skipped, as they may not require low-fidelity prototypes, for example.,
Personas
Personas enhance user-centric design by guiding decisions throughout the design process, ensuring that the final product resonates with real users and results in a more satisfying and effective user experience.
Therefore, we created two personas: Anderson, who already has a messaging automation service for his business, and Kelly, who has never used this type of service before.
